Bridget: My apologies that today’s service took longer than expected. We did change the oil, but we also waxed the car for you and cleaned the interior. We typically reserve about 3 hours for this type of service. My apologies if this wasn’t made clear as the vehicle was being checked in. In the future, we are happy to provide you with a ride anywhere within the city limits, or we can provide you with alternate transportation if it is a more extensive repair. For your inconvenience, on your next visit with us to have the exterior protectant reapplied, I will be happy to have the detail shop clean the interior as well at cost to you.
