I called and talked briefly with Vince D"Oronzo about a vehicle that I was interested in. The dealership had one and when I went in, Vince had it pulled up in front of the dealership. I looked it over, drove it, and then we got down to numbers. At no time was there any pressure from buying the vehicle, to appraising my trade-in, to going through the purchasing. I went in to get an oil change and to get the tires check. They didn’t do anything to tired just question it if it was under warranty and didn’t even explain to what was the issue.
