Anibal Guzman Anibal was awesome! He was well educated on my Pilot and showed me all the gadgets twice. He made sure I was happy and ok with what I was getting. He Anibal was awesome! Dealership needs some tweaking. Our salesman, Neil was good and absolutely no issues with him but having dealt with other Honda dealerships (currently owning a CRV & Civic), this on Our salesman, Neil was good and absolutely no issues with him but having dealt with other Honda dealerships (currently owning a CRV & Civic), this one could use some tweaking. The closer, Nabil was too fast, too convoluted, too agressive with his numbers akin to purchasing a vehicle like in the “good old days”. He was patronizing when explaining “certified Honda” as when your check engine light goes on at the movies. Some customers are actually knowledgeable about cars and want the facts on coverage not an elementary school explanation. Can’t figure out if they were playing “good guy/bad guy” scenario but it’s a major turn off. With excellent credit, the finance guy quoted too high an interest rate as we knew the current numbers, and when we balked and said we’d finance elsewhere, immediately lowered it a full percentage point with some story about calling his friend and asking for a favor, another major turn off. Lastly, the little things reflect on a dealership. How about looking like a professional organization by having folders with the name Honda Universe on it to put all the customer’s signed paperwork and business cards in, instead of just handing a stack of papers to us to carry out. Other Honda dealerships put your keys on their dealership keychains instead of just handing you a bunch of keys. Free advertising - it’s a no brainer. In the end, love the car and price was more than fair, but there’s no warm and fuzzy feeling about doing business with this dealership or wanting to return again unless changes are made. More

A++++ Experience This was my second car in three weeks we purchased from Honda Universe. First for my mother who bought a CRV, then later came back and bought an Acco This was my second car in three weeks we purchased from Honda Universe. First for my mother who bought a CRV, then later came back and bought an Accord Coupe. Our sales rep, Brian was awesome to deal with. Very knowledgeable and the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly from the moment you walk in the door from the receptionist, to the sales manager Nick, to Joe in Finance and so on. We never felt like we were was being forced into something we didn't want or couldn't afford and Brian was awesome in letting us take our time on what we wanted. We test drove over 8 different cars until we found the right one. I wish all dealerships worked like this. I would highly recommend them to everyone i know. More

I exp On Jan.11,2018 I scheduled an appt. for a grease and oil with a night drop off for Jan.12, 2018. I was greeted by Tom Scelfo, service advisor. I explained what I had an appt. for the next day. He told me they may be able to do the service right now, so I would not have to come back. They were able to service my Acura and got me out in a very short period of time. Tom was very pleasant and professional. I will certainly be going back here for service on my car in the future. More
