Upon moving here to Lakewood almost 2 years ago, I started to go to Honda Universe. May I say, Mr. John McGraw has been very helpful in returning phone calls in a timely matter and thoughtful to my needs regarding the work done on my CRV. Also, the mechanic Tom has bee superb today especially with explain to me about my car and the issues. Jessica at the service desk always has a smile and eager to help me with any question and getting what I ask to be done on a timely matter. Also met Wayne today. A good group of people who made me feel comfortable even when I needed to return my vehicle. Hoping to buy from this dealership in the next 6 months. It has been a pleasure and 5 stars indeed.
