Customer Service like it should be Service started from when i walked in the door. Gentleman (I didnt get his name) checked me in and said I was scheduled with Anne, who just so happene Service started from when i walked in the door. Gentleman (I didnt get his name) checked me in and said I was scheduled with Anne, who just so happened to be away from her desk. He gave me some quick answers to occupy my time until Anne returned. They also finished ahead of my promised / estimated time, which was pleasing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anne when she was in the Express serivce counter. She has always been professional, courteous, and willing to go the distance to help the customer. She helps give Honda Windward customers the service standards they deserve. More
Male Rep at Service Dept was rude I called Honda Windward Service dept on 12/15-Sat at approx 8:45am to schedule an appt for an Oil change for my HRV. The male representative that ans I called Honda Windward Service dept on 12/15-Sat at approx 8:45am to schedule an appt for an Oil change for my HRV. The male representative that answered my call was very abrupt and rude. He didn't give his name and I didn't ask for it. The day of my appt was 12/17-Mon at 9:00am. The female clerk (Shelby) that assisted me was courteous and friendly. If it wasn't for her I would have only given one star because of the male rep's lack of customer service. More

I brought my car in at 8:00 and around 10:15 they called me to say it was ready. Eric was pleasant and the car was done very well. I picked it up around 2:00. I have been enjoying the service from the Service Dept. since I purchased my 2015 Honda last year. Keep up the great work! More
