They also finished ahead of my promised / estimated time, which was pleasing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anne when she was in the Express serivce counter. Male Rep at Service Dept was rude I called Honda Windward Service dept on 12/15-Sat at approx 8:45am to schedule an appt for an Oil change for my HRV. The male representative that ans I called Honda Windward Service dept on 12/15-Sat at approx 8:45am to schedule an appt for an Oil change for my HRV. The male representative that answered my call was very abrupt and rude. He didn't give his name and I didn't ask for it. The day of my appt was 12/17-Mon at 9:00am. The female clerk (Shelby) that assisted me was courteous and friendly. If it wasn't for her I would have only given one star because of the male rep's lack of customer service. More
