Marcos did a really good job of explaining the extras which could be purchased. It was nice not to have high pressure sales, but it was nice how he explained each time for which we had questions. He sat patiently and waited while we looked through the items to determine if we wanted them. He was also very personable throughout his presentation. When he came to explaining the features on the car he went through each item and made certain we understood. He set up both phones and showed us how to work the console with our phones. He answered all of our questions and took his time with us. He never seemed in a hurry. Marcos made the buying experience very friendly. More

I loved my experience with Abigail and Dorottya at Honda World. Abigail was very patient with us since we were first time car buyers, and Dorottya made sure I was happy with everything inside the car and kn World.
