Had a great experience from start to finish with regards to our vehicle purchase. Nick Woodson was really helped us to find the best vehicle and was always keeping us in the know with the status of our vehi to our vehicle purchase. The day that we returned to Honda world in order to finally do the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, we were met with A+ service all around. Nick had everything in place so that our purchasing process was fast and easy. We interacted with Jacob Ashabraner who was a delivery specialist but was helping us with any vehicle add-ons that we chose and took us through a hands-on tutorial with understanding all the 21st century integrated technology included with our vehicle. Jacob was very patient and was extremely knowledgeable which helped us to grasp the technological features with our new vehicle. This was especially important because we were going from a 2013 vehicle to a 2022 model with technological features beyond what we had previously experienced. The other person that we interacted with the day that we finally purchased our vehicle was Alex Schwendau. She facilitated the finance paperwork in our purchase agreement. Alex was a breath of fresh air because she gave us all of the information we needed in regards to additional options and allowed us to make the decision if we wanted to add on those options or not instead of secretly sliding them into the paperwork and hoping that we just sign on the dotted line without reading or understanding what we were signing. We've experienced this before and no one should ever have to be deceived in such a way when purchasing a vehicle. Alex was very gracious and approachable which made the process of doing our paperwork with her one of the best that we've ever experienced in all of my years of being car buyers. Thus far we we are highly satisfied with the fact that we chose Honda World in Louisville to purchase our new vehicle and for that reason, we will likely come back to them when we need to buy another vehicle in the future!!
