The work done was fine, I had to return 3 times for it to be complete and as a leaser was not happy about that mileage having to be used as I don't live in Ames. We had an unexpected brake repair needed on our Honda Pilot two days before leaving on a cross country move. I took the car in, Bill diagnosed the problem, got a mechanic right on it and had it fixed th Pilot two days before leaving on a cross country move. I took the car in, Bill diagnosed the problem, got a mechanic right on it and had it fixed the same morning. Because of the short notice I fully expected to wait at least day or two for them to get to it if at all. Hats off to Bill and his team! More
