Inconsistent Sometimes it is great and sometimes it's like they dont know what they are doing. I dropped it off for the day and at the end of the day I was told they were expected to be delivered that day and they were not actually delivered. I would have much rather waited 1 more day until they physically had them instead of wasting a day. They were supposed to call back once they had the parts to reschedule and did not. After I called in and found out they had the parts in now they did a great job on the actual install. Ive had similar issues with some scratch repairs and not having the right repair guy scheduled or overbooked. Oil changes go well. More
