Eric seemed annoyed when I declined the extended warranty offer and following that seemed a bit terse and just hurried after that. He again seemed annoyed when I asked to continue using my existing license p offer and following that seemed a bit terse and just hurried after that. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent when needed. Disappointed that a loaner car could not be given during a recall that took a week.
