I keep asking if the transmission maintenance for my van is a flush or a drain and i keep getting told different answers. I was traveling and noticed that my tire was losing air. I was able to reach out to the service department there in Ames and they worked me right in. It turned out I had a screw in my tire. Came in as an emergency, no power steering. Am 82 yr old female and it quite hard to drive without power steering.
