Scheduling can sometimes be a problem but I take some of the blame also. I prefer Saturday and usual call after4:30 to check on availability of dates and times. Purchased a used car from Dan Lowe and a light came on less than an hour from me signing the paperwork. Dan had Kevin in service come figure out the problem and both Dan and Kevin said they would take car less than an hour from me signing the paperwork. Dan had Kevin in service come figure out the problem and both Dan and Kevin said they would take care of the issue IF the light came on again, which it did a day later. Again I called Dan and after several calls, I got talk Fan who told me that he would have Kevin, the used car manager call me, which as of today still hasn’t happened. I reached back out to Dan and he said Kevin his manager call me, but that now they would not cover the fix, which is complete BS. Very poor professionalism, salesmanship and what really looks like ethics. I would not recommend buying from Ames Nissan!!! More
