I absolutely dread going to the car dealership to buy a car. And before this experience was no different. My salesman was Tristan fangos, I just so happen I called at the right time in the right place. Tri car. And before this experience was no different. Tristan made then I go she Asian process simple and streamlined. We talked on the phone only a few times before I made my decision to drive of 3 hours to buy our new Honda from Tristan. Tristan made our buying experience an absolute pleasure, paperwork was fast and easy, ready to go. The car was clean inside and out. He spent an extra 15 or 20 minutes with my wife explaining the different details of how to operate the new odyssey. Which Was necessary to even drive the car off the lot. He was courteous and patient, as we did bring the entire family of four children and a baby. If there was a gold standard Tristan would be it. We only have a few years left before I have teenage dreams, I know that I will not forget the courtesy that we were met with from Tristan. Thank you again Tristan for a great buying experience. Ended up with grease all over my white shirt, after my last oil change, and was pleased when I was told my car would be detailed when I returned the next day for a $300 repair.
