The entire staff were so eager to help him succeed and make sure we were taken care of in every aspect! He was amazing as well as those who helped him, JD Cowart was one and I believe the other was named John. It was passed closing time when we finished and they wanted to make sure we were well informed about our new vehicle so they asked if we could come back the following Saturday for a walk through on all of the pilot's features. When we returned the next week, Ty Edwards and JD Cowart walked us through every detail and feature of our new vehicle! We have also received text and phone calls from them both checking on us. Mike Hamby handled the financial end of the deal and was patient and worked diligently to set the paper work up properly as we were purchasing the vehicle through a trust. He was amazing as well! We can't say enough about Honda of Cleveland! Every time I walk in the door my wife and are treated with respect, kindness and like royalty! More
