Always adding stuff to the bill I have two new civics one I bought from Econamy and the other from Honda of Cleveland every time I take my vehicle in to have service at Honda of Clev I have two new civics one I bought from Econamy and the other from Honda of Cleveland every time I take my vehicle in to have service at Honda of Cleveland there is always something to be added on that’s not covered in the mantiance package I had purchased. The first time I took to civic to Honda of Cleveland they forgot to put my valve stems back on the car and they have never filled the windshield floid since I bought the car and it has had 4 oil changes now. I ended up just buying some and filling it my self the staff is friendly but the service stinks even though I purcashed the mantiance package I will be taking my car the econamy honda with my other civic from now on I would rather pay out of pocket and have better service. More

They repaired chewed electric wiring Honda of Cleveland TN. out performs Honda of Chattanooga TN. Our service of our 2010 Honda Civic was excellent. They repaired chewed electric wiring that would have been classified as totaling that vehicle, Since it was a reconditioned car they said it was a water damage car, which it had no water damage then, but it was classed as not worth fixing.We were told it would cost the price of a new wiring Harness which we were told would have cost us $3000 in our personal funds--- by the Chattanooga TN Honda Dealership. Cleveland Dealer did it this time at an affordable price with chew proof new wires. Also the Sales Department were more attentive to our questions and were patient with us about what we wanted in a vehicle. They helped us out in our purchase of a Ridgeline Truck when we traded in our 2004 Toyota Tacoma Truck and let us take it home to pick up the 2004 Toyota Tacoma when they knew we had a good insurance history with STATE FARM Automobile INSURANCE. More
