While I was already fairly certain of what I wanted to purchase, Adam made sure to ask me qualifying questions to ensure the vehicle would be a good fit for us. I cannot stress enough how exceedingly impressed we were with his thoughtful questions, responses, and recommendations. Based on what he gleaned from our conversation, he made it a point to demonstrate all of the features that were most relevant to our individual needs. In doing so, he further reaffirmed our thought processes for selected the vehicle. We never felt pressured to do more than peruse some of the options and take a test drive, but we were so comfortable with the experience we decided to move forward right then and there. Because it was an unexpected purchase, we had to take some time to get our finances in order. Even during this "lull," Adam checked in on us regularly even while assisting other customers. In previous experiences, I have had to negotiate on price before feeling wholly comfortable with the numbers, but Adam's initial quote was exactly what I considered a great deal. This actually caught me off guard, to the point where we went home and recalculated our estimates just to make sure we hadn't done OUR math wrong. Sure enough, Adam had given us an excellent deal right out of the gate. Steve Conti made sure all of the paperwork was in order and, even though we were there a bit after closing, never made us feel rushed. He addressed every one of our questions professionally and personally. While driving home, we both remarked how at no point during the interaction did we ever feel like we had to "have our guard up" or "read the situation." Simply put, I have never received this level of service from a dealer. These two associates exude the type of charm and congeniality that only comes from being knowledgeable, confident, and invested in the customer. Buy your next car from them. More

I would highly recommend seeking out Allen if you are considering a purchase at Honda of Columbia. I did have to wait quite a while (a couple hours) after I went to pick up my vehicle (fresh off the delivery truck) until my financial paperwork could be settled. This was because only 1 finance representative was in the office at the time due to the other having a family emergency and leaving early. However, I was given multiple options to alleviate this - I was permitted to take my car out for a spin while waiting, and was also given the opportunity to go home without completing the paperwork (and return in the morning to do so). I opted to both take the car out for a bit, and waited until an hour after closing time to complete the financial paperwork that night. Jeff Joseph was helpful and courteous, despite being obviously over-worked and dealing with his final customer more than an hour after standard closing time. More
