Still absolutely LOVING my Altima Coupe, I had ZERO enthusiasm into having to buy a new car sooner than expected, With Altima Coupes no longer being manufactured, I struggled with finding another car that I actually wanted. Honda really helped me get the car that I didn't know I really wanted! I had finally decided on a Honda Accord Coupe EX-L and had searched high and low for a good deal. This dealership had the best car at the best price! I really appreciate the time and quality of the experience that each person at this dealership gave while I asked thousands of questions about the car and payments. They were patient and informative. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car. More

Bait and switch I went to this dealership to purchase a used car from my daughter. I gave the associate my preferences and I was shown several cars. I selected one I went to this dealership to purchase a used car from my daughter. I gave the associate my preferences and I was shown several cars. I selected one and made a deposit on a 2014 Civic. The next morning I received a call stating that the car was not available because it was already sold. Keep in mind, I had left a $500 deposit. The salesman then told me there was another car, same model, different color that they could sell me for the same price. I leave work to check out this other car. I agree to purchase the second vehicle for the same price. ( The offer that was made to me by the salesman). The salesman leaves for a moment and returns stating he had misunderstood the sales manager and he could not honor that offer. I could buy the second vehicle for an additional $1000 or , miraculously, the car I originally left the deposit for was still available since the other buyers credit fell through. These are the guys that give car dealers a bad name. While writing this review, I just received a call from the salesman letting me know that the manager just fired him. Real professional group over there at Honda. I never got the manager’s name but it really didn’t matter. He had no desire to do the right thing. More
