Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had Purchasing a new 2017 Civic Si could not have been any easier. I reached out to the dealership via email prior to driving there to inquire about the Purchasing a new 2017 Civic Si could not have been any easier. I reached out to the dealership via email prior to driving there to inquire about the car I found online, and because I live about 100 miles away from the dealership. My email was sent to Allen who replied ver quickly, and I was glad he responded because he was very professional, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Later that day, I drove 100+ miles to the dealership so that I could purchase the car and as soon as I pulled in and parked, Allen was was there waiting for me. He knew I was coming so he was prepared. I handed him my car keys and he had my 2014 Civic Si priced by the used car manager, and then we looked at the new 2017 Civic Si. We then went inside to talk about purchasing options and while doing that, Allen went ahead and had the new car I was buying start getting prepared/cleaned up (stickers peeled off, quick wipe down, tire shine, etc.) so that I could be on my way as soon as possible. Allen sold me the new car in a very short amount of time and made my car buying experience phenomenal. Honda of Columbia will be my new go-to dealership whenever I decide to upgrade to a newer model. I have already recommended Allen and this dealership to everyone I know who is looking to buy a new Honda. Ive been to other dealerships, but the experience I received at Honda of Columbia has by far been the best. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
