After a month, I noticed a small "defect" and made an appointment to have someone in the service department look at my car. I dealt with Jamie Bostrom. After attempting to fix the problem, he realized that the item needed to be replaced. I went back to Honda of Columbia on August 5th to have the item replaced. Jamie was very thorough and kept me informed, as I opted to wait while my car was being fixed. He made sure I was happy with the completed work and I am grateful for the ease of this entire process.
