Great car and Great Sales Experience My wife and I were looking for a new Honda Accord Touring in white with ivory interior. I started calling around to dealerships on Monday prior to o My wife and I were looking for a new Honda Accord Touring in white with ivory interior. I started calling around to dealerships on Monday prior to our expected arrival on Saturday. I contacted 5 dealers in the Columbia, SC area and none had the car I was looking for in white. I contacted Honda of Columbia and had the pleasure of speaking to D'Warren Daniels. Right off the bat he told me that he didn't have a new car in white, but he had a demo in white with 1000 miles. I told him that I really wanted a new car, but that I would see him on Saturday to look at the demo. He called Friday night to let me know that he had just received a brand new touring in white with the ivory interior on Friday and he looked forward to seeing me the next day. When we pulled onto the lot, there was my new car sitting out front waiting on us... He explained the intricacies of the car, taking us on two drives down the highway, and explain everything in Layman's terms.... You all did well training D'Warren and it shows! I recommend anyone looking for a Honda to choose Honda of Columbia and to seek out D'Warren and tell him Jason sent you! Great experience all around!!! More

Buying my first car Even though Allen is new to the business, he did a great job finding what I was looking for and understand us from a financial standpoint. He made sure we were taken care of, we understood everything being explained to us and didn't want us to feel like we were being ignored, unheard or uncomfortable on the financial aspect. He was very honest, genuine and he made sure he got all of our questions answered even if he had to go to his supervisor Chris to ask. Chris Burns is a wonderful and understanding supervisor. We didn't have a great experience with the Jeff, the financial manager. He got frusatrated with me and my husband, very persistent for us to pay $375 monthly payments and made it seem since we made a good income every month, we could afford it since other people make less than us but yet they could afford it. So Chris Burns worked with us on the finances so that we were where we wanted to be within our financial means. They made sure they stood firm on their business, guarantee and the Honda motto. I can definitely say that we left reassured and comfortable knowing that our car was certified and guaranteed. Allen and Chris were very nice and very helpful!! More
