I was driving a Pilot-Touring but wanted a size smaller car. The CRV was recommended to me by friends. Bob had me look at several models of the CRV but when I drove the 2017 CRV--EX-L model, I knew that was my kind of car. He walked me thru all the paperwork and explained everything. I wanted some added accessories and he had all of those ordered. The service-tech, Preston, was very helpful when I went to get the accessories installed. Preston and Bob arranged for a loaner vehicle for me because installation would take about 4 hours. These guys, Bob Lynch and Preston, really made this experience a great one. Thanks to Honda of Columbia for the employees you have on staff. More

It is the Sales Consultants' job to make I had a phenomenal car buying experience, which is how it should be regardless if it's planned or unexpected. It is the Sales Consultants' job to make the journey as enjoyable as possible. This was an unexpected purchase due to mechanical issues with my previous car, and being under a lot of pressure to buy another vehicle was the last thing I wanted to enjoy. When I was recommended to Dave and met him for the first time, within the first few minutes of talking with him I knew that I'd be just fine. Dave excels at communication, multi-tasking, and his professionalism. I also had the opportunity to work with D'warren, who is the quintessential of what a salesman should be. When he allowed me to test drive the vehicle, he was extremely transparent with how he answered my questions and thoroughly explained the pros and cons to both vehicles I drove. I appreciated his professionalism as well. Neither sales consultant hassled me to purchase a vehicle and worked together as a team to make a sale. I also asked Dave to show me where the service area was, and he took the initiative to introduce me to several co-workers who would be taking care of me in the service department.
