We met with Mr. Doby and had an excellent experience! I had looked on line at what our trade should be worth an we were offered almost exactly what the Kelly blue book said our trade was worth. We decided on the Honda HRV, Mr. Doby took us on a test drive and we both Loved the vehicle, My wife wanted a different color and Mr. Doby found exactly what she was looking for. We were in and out in no time at all with very little paperwork to sign. My wife is Loving her new HRV. I would definitely recommend Honda of Columbia to anyone looking for a vehicle! He made the buying process simple, and I drove away in my new Honda. I am very pleased with the Honda, but also impressed with the congenial and professional staff at this dealership Also Jeff Joseph and I hit it off really well after just 5 minutes. Our conversation ventured into many other areas of mutual interest, yet Mr. Joseph demonstrated the same level of professionalism as Mr. Daniels. More

He showed me all the features of the car before and while I was driving and was very knowledgable of the car in general. After the whole negotiation process he got us started right away on the paperwork which did not take long at all. Overall, a great first car buying experience! More
Dishonest with the customer Mr. Cooper assured me that a used uncleaned CR-V that was sitting behind the dealership would be available for sale on a very certain date and that my Mr. Cooper assured me that a used uncleaned CR-V that was sitting behind the dealership would be available for sale on a very certain date and that my daughter and I could come by then to test drive. Well, that didn't happen because Mr. Cooper sold it the night before it was due to be available for sale to us. When confronted Mr. Cooper tried to sell me on a Kia Soul. A KIA SOUL, REALLY? All that as if nothing had happened. It meant nothing to him to sell a car right out from under a wanting and waiting customer. I had met and spoken on the phone with Mr. Cooper in the past and he knew I was looking for that right car for my daughters safety and when I thought I had found it he just up and sells it to someone else. My daughter and I will find another CR-V but it will not be from Honda of Columbia or Mr. Cooper. When the CR-V needs servicing it will not be at Honda of Columbia either. It is such a shame because at first glance Mr. Cooper seemed like such a nice, caring and honest man that day we first met on the used car lot and also when we spoke on the phone. I was wrong. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a twice. More
Couldn't ask for a better experience. First off let me say we knew from the beginning that this dealership was different. We walked around for 10-15 minutes before someone contacted us. We were fine with that since my wife and I don't like being pressured. This is when we first met Adrian our sale rep. We told him what vehicle we wanted to look at and he immediately went got us the keys and took our info and handed us the keys and said have fun. He didn't ride with us as we test drove it and had time to talk about the vehicle. When we got back he greeted us and talk with us a bit and then we started talking numbers from there. After setting on a OTD price we started the buying process. The process was very easy and that's when we met Steve. Steve was another easy person to talk to and work with. He was the one we dealt with all the finance stuff with. After all the paperwork and the car getting cleaned and detailed we had one last thing to do. Full the vehicle up with gas. Adrian rode with me over to the gas station and gave us our first tank of gas. From there I dropped him off and away we went. This was my second time ever buying a vehicle and we are extremely excited about owning a Honda now. Honda of Columbia made this experience easy and very relaxing. NO PRESSURE AT ALL!! It was worth that over an hour drive to see/buy a vehicle. Thank you Adrain and Steve for everything. More

Mr.Lawson was more than willing to help me stay within my price range and budget which I was pleased with. Mr. Jeff Joseph was very helpful and quick with getting us finished with the final paperwork. I would definitely visit this location again when purchasing my next car.
