I left 3 messages for a service manager, Preston, and spoke with a female manager in sales that left a message for the service department and no one r I left 3 messages for a service manager, Preston, and spoke with a female manager in sales that left a message for the service department and no one returned any of my calls. After a week of waiting I took my car to Midlands Honda and they serviced my car immediately. Thank you Midlands Honda! As for Honda of Columbia, when I called to complain about the lack of returned calls, all I received was a "we're sorry". I'm fairly certain that message never made to anyone of importance. I'll never return to Honda of Columbia. More

He is honest and a man of his word. He listened to what we were wanting to spend and never tried to haggle or persuade us away from our budget. This is a very family feeling dealership. Everyone is polite and friendly. We had our 2 year old with us and they were quick to show us the refreshment area and playroom.
