On April 27, 2015, I went to Honda of Columbia and had the most wonderful car buying experience. A friend had recommended George Moore and I could not have been more pleased in working with this wonderful young man. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and went above board to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I also want to thank Jeff Joseph for being so helpful in finalizing everything. These two gentlemen, George and Jeff, were exactly what a car buying experience should be and I didn't spend most of the day buying my new Honda Accord. Bought new 2014 Honda CR-V I never thought I would buy a new car- not now as a graduate student, or ever. However, when Jamie Bostrom at Honda of Columbia explained the awesome warranty they have on all new cars purchased there- LIFETIME transmission and engine warranty, and 3 year bumper to bumper warranty, buying a new 2014 Honda CR-V was worth it. I was very uncertain about buying a new car, and I'm also very analytic and thorough, so Jamie literally sat and discussed the decision with my mom and I for HOURS. He was so patient and helpful, answered my million questions, and was never pushy. He really tried to get the best deal possible for me, and I think he did. I am so happy with my purchase and definitely will recommend Honda of Columbia, and Jamie Bostrom in particular, to anyone who is looking for a new or used Honda! More

2015 CR-V When shopping for a new SUV I test drove the Toyota and Honda. The dealer at Toyota tried his best to "talk" me into a color I did not want. At Honda of Columbia Mr. John Nick was very helpful and once we test drove the CR-V I was in love. Again they did not have the color in the model I wanted but he never tried to talk me into it. He said not to settle that he could get me what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. John answered my questions, showed me all features of the CR-V. I can see why he has sold cars for 30 plus years. Thanks Honda of Columbia and John Nick!! More

Great sales department I dread car shopping. So much so that I only buy a new car once a decade. I knew from "window shopping" while my car was getting serviced at the deale I dread car shopping. So much so that I only buy a new car once a decade. I knew from "window shopping" while my car was getting serviced at the dealership that the salespeople are not pushy. When I was ready to buy, I drew a wonderful salesman. Mr. Moody was very knowledgeable about the products and was patient while I tried to decide what I wanted. He didn't mind repeating things and didn't insult my intelligence. No hard sale or up-selling. The person I had out shopping with me that day had the same favorable impression of Mr. Moody. The finance officer at my credit union even said I had a great salesman! I would definitely send my friends and family to him. My dealing with the management (finance) was not so favorable. It was exactly the sort of experience that makes car shopping so unpleasant. More
