Ww went in for oil change on my wifes Pilot and ended up driving home in '23 Ridgeline for myself. We would not deal with any other Honda dealer but Honda of Columbia. Top notch from sales, to finance off driving home in '23 Ridgeline for myself. We would not deal with any other Honda dealer but Honda of Columbia. Top notch from sales, to finance office to the service department. Our salesman Leroy drove home with me to Aiken to pick up my trade-in. More

Kerri was great. Very accommodating with the test drive and in constant communication about where we were in the buying process. The dealership on the other hand had 1 hiccup that should have been caught before it was ever listed on the site for sale. If that 1 thing had been confirmed, I could have actually purchased the car the day I was there instead of having to wait 2 weeks for an issue that should have been addressed sooner. More
