Came in to buy a new car. Worst customer service experience. Came into dealership to purchase a new car for my wife. We were interested in trading in our old Kia as well. At the point of negotiation when I asked to be able to return tomorrow to purchase the vehicle I had test driven was told it’s company policy to get a commitment before the customer leaves. Sales manager was fine with selling the car for the agreed price of $18,000. However when I was adamant about taking the night to discuss the car purchase with my wife I was handed my keys by the salesman with word from the manager that my business was no longer desired. I felt treated like absolute garbage. I was interested in a top of the line car and needed time to up sell my wife on my idea. But was treated so poorly that I certainly will never return to this dealership and I hope anyone who reads this also takes their business elsewhere. Absolute garbage experience. More

Only place I will buy a car! We have bought 2 vehicles through John Nick and getting ready to buy our 3rd. Friendly and Fair Dealership was well set up/maintained and associates were friendly and eager to help but not hawking or overbearing. Sales consultant Adrian Nedelea h Dealership was well set up/maintained and associates were friendly and eager to help but not hawking or overbearing. Sales consultant Adrian Nedelea helped us and he was great, helped guide toward more suitable vehicles instead of just pushing a certain one and remained nothing short of helpful and pleasant despite us keeping him quite late. Seemed like a genuinely nice dude who wanted us to leave with the *right* car. Dealership in general lacked the scheming/con-artist vibe that many have, such as the other honda dealer across town. Pleasant experience all around. More

AWESOME So I drove from Aiken SC which is about an hour drive to purchase a 2017 Accord I found on line. I did most everything through Facebook. Worked out the price and after a test drive decided to buy. Smooth process. Only issue I had was they only had 1 key. Eventually I had to go back and get a 2nd key. The sales manager Al took care of everything and even put gas in the car since I had to drive from Aiken to get it. I would totally recommend this dealership. Totally satisfied. More
