I did have to come back and get something that was left in my traded in vehicle and Sarah came in on her day off to retrieve it for me and leave it at the front desk. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a vehicle. As far as the finance dept. goes Alejandro was very nice, but I did have to come back to sign another paper. Every single thing that was told to us was a lie. Pricing changed dramatically after agreed-upon. False promotions were removed special rates for financing or no longer available. Absolutely no extra effort was made to comfort or alleviate any concerns or stressors the entire day. However, we believe in the Honda brand and suck it out and sign the paper.
