No Pressure and Superb Attention to Detail On the day before our test drive, I had questions about the CPO Odyssey we would be seeing, and Rafael couldn't answer the questions. However, he had the service manager (Terry) call me minutes later, and I got my questions answered. Rafael then got me the out-the-door-price on the vehicle, and that price remained true as we bought the vehicle - no suprises and no gimmicks. When we test drove the Odyssey, Rafael had it waiting at the door, and it was already detailed. He then had it detailed again as we filled out the paperwork after the test drive. Dominic in Finance was also great. There was no pressure at any time during our purchase experience. We were treated with respect the whole time. More
