Very Satisfied Customer! I always get great service at Honda Dealerships, but Honda of Fort Worth was really exceptional. The cashiers were friendly, everyone there said hi, no matter which department they were in. Kerry in service was especially nice! One thing you have that other Honda dealerships do not is the CAFE!! Food and service were were awesome! I definitely recommend the hamburger and eating there whether you need service or not! What a great experience! Oh and they did a great job on the service as well. Love this dealership I brought my baby (2001 civic) in for a recall after receiving a notice I got in the mail. I called the next day and it was very fast and easy to schedule an appointment. I showed up and they checked me in within minutes. They offered me an MPI (multiple point inspection) which I declined since I was short on time. My son got to play in the kids area while I sat and drank my complimentary beverage. They said it would be an hour but time flew by quickly. Everyone was so helpful here. More
