I have a water leak in my car. The first appointment I made online was a waste because when I got there I was told I needed an appointment with the Water Doctor, even though I spe The first appointment I made online was a waste because when I got there I was told I needed an appointment with the Water Doctor, even though I specifically mentioned the water leak when I made the appointment. The Water Doctor appointment did not fix the problem so I have to bring it in again. No loaner car is provided so I will need to use Lyft. Not happy. More

Service manager who assisted me a good job - with the check in and talking me through the repair needs for the car.
