buyers be ware. . bait and switch, i brought my family in yesterday to buy a 2019 pilot advertised for 33k with 36,600 miles on it. when telling them we were ready to . bait and switch, i brought my family in yesterday to buy a 2019 pilot advertised for 33k with 36,600 miles on it. when telling them we were ready to buy they brought us papers with a final cost of just about 44k.. bait and switch, they add in AMV additional 5k to actually complete the sale for 38k not 33k and charge insane amounts for other fees. long story short we left and went to another honda dealer and bought a 2021 pilot with only 17k miles with a final cost of 41k fees and everything included. steer clear of this dealer. I went in for just an oil change. They said about an hour and that was just about right. All I did was go through my emails. By the time I was done my car was done as well.
