Cole Craven has excellent Customer Service. I waited for my vehicle, he explained that the service I needed would roughly take a short time. I was able to make a fresh cup of coffee there, I I waited for my vehicle, he explained that the service I needed would roughly take a short time. I was able to make a fresh cup of coffee there, I sat down not even 45 min went by - Cole came back to get me how quick they were. I was greatful that I was not there for hours. I was amazed. He also knew I was having some slight trouble with the pick up of my vehicle. He spoke to me in detail about it. I will be calling him next week to set up that appointment.
