Made an appointment, upon arrival, needed to do the entire intake again. Received an email saying, “you missed your appointment!” Was given an lost of 20-25 suggestions that should be done on the car - entire intake again. Cole was excellent. Went through the history to see what service had not been done previously. Didn’t make appts due to covid. And as much as I knew it would be costly I Went through the history to see what service had not been done previously. Didn’t make appts due to covid. And as much as I knew it would be costly I feel comfortable driving my car knowing that everything was taken care of. Everyone was courteous and it was nice having Emmanuel shuttle me to work and pick me up when the car was done. That is a nice added service. More
