I dropped my car off the first time and they didn’t get the part to do the repair so I had to pick it up without the service being done. Then a few days later they got the part but I couldn’t talk to someo the part to do the repair so I had to pick it up without the service being done. Then a few days later they got the part but I couldn’t talk to someone for over a week to get it scheduled. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls when you leave a VM. I left one for a manager and I never received a call back from them. By far this was the worst Honda service place I’ve ever used and I’ve had Honda’s my entire life. I’d recommend using Academy or Kay Honda’s service department over Freehold. More

Service was good and swift. The promblem I had was my sales rep didn’t aware me of the front damage to the vehicle, granted I purchase the car doing closing so it was things I couldn’t see at night .
