I was very pleased with my service from the service and repair dept. as they changed my battery and ran a complete diagnostic after my factory installed Honda 2016 Pilot battery exploded and my car had to repair dept. as they changed my battery and ran a complete diagnostic after my factory installed Honda 2016 Pilot battery exploded and my car had to be towed in. Claudia my repair rep. Listened to what went wrong as I explained that when I started my car, I heard a thud and all the electronics everything in the vehicle died. The repair tech looked at the exploded battery and replaced it and ran diagonistics. The repair cost was fair and the service exceeded my expectation simply because the people spoke to me with respect and concern for my family safety and well being in my Honda Pilot. When I purchased my Honda in 2016 I went to a different Honda in Toms River simply because the staff at freehold Honda was less than helpful and boarding on being rude back in 2016. I am pleased to see that they have change the culture of this dealership over the past 5 years. More
