Overall a good experience. But it can be made better. Eric is a very pleasant guy. But the service center needs to keep a close watch on workload on him. I arrived five minutes early for my 11am appointment. No one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I was told the wait would be a minimum of one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I was told the wait would be a minimum of two hours for an oil change. They clearly are overbooked. It ended up taking three hours. More
