Our Service rep Cole was outstanding! We recently had a car fire which destroyed our key fob for our car and he was truly amazing he took car of us quickly and then contacted us to let us know he was able car fire which destroyed our key fob for our car and he was truly amazing he took car of us quickly and then contacted us to let us know he was able to discount the key fob and expressed his deepest condolences for what we went through and losing our dogs. This is what true customer service is about. The discount was nice but what had us was his true care about us as people. Thank you Cole! You should be running the dealership! More
