Although the service person in charge of my repairs knew that the phone system wasn't working properly, he only tried calling me once to provide an update. I made an appointment for 330 and didn’t leave until 6:15. I had to leave work early to make this appointment and spent about 3 hours waiting for me car to be finished. It was a simple oil change and was stuck there all day. The salesman I had was very nice but who ever worked on my way took way too long to finish the job. I am not happy at all with the fact that a simple oil change took so long. I could have gone somewhere else and paid less money and would have been less time wasted. I had to leave work early to make this appointment and lose out on pay because I was told the latest appointment was 3:30. I am very unhappy with this experience. More
