Very good service. No problems I brought my car in for a/c warranty service. They had to order a condenser. 2 weeks later I got a call from Jessica that the part was in. I went in t I brought my car in for a/c warranty service. They had to order a condenser. 2 weeks later I got a call from Jessica that the part was in. I went in two days later and the work was completed faster than I expected. I thought I would have to wait about 3 hours, but the work was completed in under 2 hours. Feedback - When you first enter the service area it is not clear what you should do. Walk up to someones desk? Wait to be greeted? I stood there for a little bit before entering the area where the service team sits and asking for help. Maybe some type of sign that tells people what to do when entering. More
