Extremely poor management and poor communication communication. The Manager Sam Flower was extremely unprofessional when dealing with myself. He started to help me with my issue by getting the servi communication. The Manager Sam Flower was extremely unprofessional when dealing with myself. He started to help me with my issue by getting the service manager on the phone. After Sam Flower couldn’t understand how to explain or rectify the issue he walked away and stated “deal with it tomorrow”. His body language and His non verbal and verbal communication throughout the entire interaction was that of what you would expect out of a pre teen and not an adult manager. His demeanor was that of young kid and not an adult in a leadership position. If you don’t believe this review please review the recorded tapes from about 640 pm on 8/14 by the cashiers desk. The next day I spoke to the service manager Sal. He did a great job by trying to cover up the mistake his technician made by mis quoting a cost of service. Overall my experience at this dealership was a nightmare. More
