Came in to trade my 3 yr old Accord for a new Accord. After going through what we were looking for and a test drive we negotiated a great deal with the salesman and the sales manager. Dropped the car off at 930 for an oil change and tire rotation. Called at 2:30 not done but said it would be done by 4:30. Show up at 4:30 it will be a couple of more minutes.
