Ken is very honest with prices he gave and never tried to up-sell anything that I don't need. (I usually went to the Honda dealer near my company because I can easily drop it and pick up after work, but they once sold me a transmission fluid flush when I only asked for transmission fluid change) I will definitely choose Ken to help me with my future maintenance. Red Accord Service was good except for the minor damaged on the hood of the car.
