Poor Used Sales Drove 2 hours to dealership after telling them that car needed to be cleaned and ready to drive off lot 2 days prior. Was told a bunch of lies. Syrup stains on seats, pink marker stains on gray floor liner, pine needles and mud throughout car. They mislead you with pictures that show no damage. Van had damage to sunshade on side door that was definitely not shown. Back bay carpet is covered by putting third row seats down in picture. Missing headset for dvd. Bald tires on front of a supposed Certified PreOwned vehicle. Steer clear of this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Best part is that the sales rep couldn’t even tell me information that was vital as we were test driving. More

While in the process of purchasing a car their salesman put his arm around me when my husband turned his back and then later tried to kiss me while I waited for my husband to return in the car we just purchased. I didn't tell my husband until we left because I just wanted to get away from that dealership. When my husband did complain to the managers they said their salesman denied it happened and sided with him. Why would I make something like that up?! We had already purchased the car and on top of that I'm 7 months pregnant with my first child so I have more important matters on my mind. My husband even asked for the manager to review their video recordings to corroborate some of my story but the manager said he just started and wasn't sure about that. All they did was tell my husband to file a police report and then tried to intimidate him with talk about lawyers and going to court. This just upset me even more. All my husband was trying to do was put in a complaint and warn them about the salesman. Instead they made it out like we were liars and troublemakers. It's unbelievable how the dealership is protecting this pervert. More

Sal Hernandez came to the rescue!!!! I recently purchased my Certified Preowned 2016 Honda Civic from this dealership so when my car was hit in the back while parked, it was to the dealer I recently purchased my Certified Preowned 2016 Honda Civic from this dealership so when my car was hit in the back while parked, it was to the dealership that I returned to see what they could do to fix it. The jerk that hit me (and left) did so with such force that my rear view camera was shoved up into its assembly casing. While the camera still operated, It needed to be pried out of its current position in order to be operable. At first I was told by Service that it could not be looked at that day for a few hours and then might not be able to be repaired and might need replacement. Since I thought it might just be able to be flipped with some strong muscle and a screwdriver, I asked if someone could help me out right there and then. Sal came to the rescue! As the Director, he was called by the intake rep to take a look at my problem. Hearing my dismay and with tons of compassion for my situation, he used his strength and a tool to pull the camera back out to its normal position. Having finished that, he noticed that the bumper paint was damaged slightly as well. My hero left and returned moments later with a container of matching paint and took the time to do what he could to conceal the damage. I appreciated his help so much — I thought the situation was going to ruin my Christmas, but thanks to Sal I will be enjoying the holidays. More
