I have called 5 times to schedule a recall service appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back. Next 3 times spoke with a male appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back.
