I had received a recall notice for my 2014 Honda Accord, and wanted to have it fixed as soon as possible. I called Freehold Honda and was able to get an appointment the same day. When I arrived for my appointment Cole took care of everything and said he would give me a call when my car was finished. Cole called me in a couple hours and said my car was ready and I could come and pick it up. Cole went over everything they did and gave me a printed receipt. What a great experience. Thank you!! More

I was told my car was recalled because of radio screen issues. Made appt waited for 1 1/2 hrs it is not fixed. When I got there I was told they cannot recreate the problem so they cannot fix it..
