I enjoyed working with my service rep. He listened and I enjoyed working with my service rep. He listened and kept me informed of how long I would be waiting. The oil change was done- I had asked to replace the spare tire under the seats which was fine however they didn’t put the panel back in place- took me over 30 mins to do so when I realized at home. But a much better experience with this revive rep than in the past. I had Cole this time. In the past I have worked with Steven and refused to work with him again. More

It was nice having Steven doing my services . He pulled out the chair for me when I walked up to his desk & also opened the door for me when he lead me to the waiting room .
