Never again..I had appointment for 10am,I leaves this place after 2.5 hours, was late to my doctor appointment and if I don't talk with manager I probably wait 2 more hours for oil change,what take 15 mi place after 2.5 hours, was late to my doctor appointment and if I don't talk with manager I probably wait 2 more hours for oil change,what take 15 minutes to do. I will never go back to Freehold Honda again! They told my son that it was $150 to diagnose the problem. They then told him they new the problem so my son agreed to pay for them to fix it. They called my my son that it was $150 to diagnose the problem. They then told him they new the problem so my son agreed to pay for them to fix it. They called my son once the car was apart and tried to then say that the problem they originally diagnosed was not the problem! They blamed the problem on something the mechanic did before them. My son talked to the first mechanic who we have used for all our cars and he said no way. My son then told them that he didn’t agree for them to fix this new problem and so they charged him $400 because they said the mechanic needed to be paid for his time! This is not right! $150 was the agreed on price to figure out the problem not $400! They did not fix the problem and he shouldn’t be punished because they messed up! We are disputing this charge. They tried to take advantage of my son. This is the first of two Honda’s I have bought from you. I love my Honda but this dealership not so much. When I buy the next one in two years it will not be at Freehold Honda! More
