Steve Mutchler and Mike Reynolds made a careful inspection of my 11 year old Honda Accord. Their keen eyes revealed issues that could have caused a future breakdown and more costly repairs. Even though I live 1 mile from another Honda dealer, I have traveled 10 miles to Honda of Freehold for all that time to buy and service my cars. Today is just another reason why I do this. More

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, starting with my service consultant (Cole) and the accommodation that was made for me in the absence of the shuttle. Cole was communicative, clear, and considerate with regard to the service recommendations and my refusal for some but not others. He was clear in what needed to be done to the vehicle, and which repairs were more critical than others, which could be deferred. Definitely a very pleasant experience from intake to pick up.
