One of the worst experiences ever in a "service" environment. 8:30 appointment for routine oil change and alignment. 4 hours. My time is valuable to me. Quality of the work is not at all in question but not worth the price and the time. Friendliness is a ridiculous parameter; no compensation for dishonesty with regard to estimated wait time. Making the appointment is also irritating and time consuming and hearing how Honda is always better than the competition is ludicrous More
