Was told my car would be done through express and that I would “get a discount” being that my car wasn’t fixed the first time I dropped it off. I asked to have my car done by a certain time being that I had to work the next day. My car wasn’t ready and I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. On Monday when I went to pick my car up I was told my bill was $430. I asked what all was done to my car when only my push to start button should’ve been done . The cashier walked me back to one of the service members where he had explained that 2 weeks ago when my car was at Honda and the O2 sensor was fixed instead of my start stop button, that they never charged me for the new O2 sensor they put in. They only charged me for the labor that was done not the actual part. Thank god o had the extra money or else I wouldn’t have been able to get my car for Honda’s mistake ! More
